SMART TVET Development Organization is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that focuses on the development of technical and vocational skills based on the SMART approach — Spesifik, Mahir, Automasi, Relevan and Teknologi. The organization is committed to producing a highly skilled workforce aligned with current industry needs as well as the nation’s digital transformation.

Initiatives such as socially impactful baking programs create opportunities for target groups, including persons with disabilities (PWD), to build skills, generate income, and improve their quality of life sustainably.
